Our Raison D'etre

Our raison d'etre (a fancy way of saying our ultimate purpose for creating this business) is exemplified in our name and tagline, Wink Kids: Gifts to Open Little Minds. While we all loved the idea of joining our good friends in an adventure offering collaboration, creativity, and camaraderie, our true purpose was born out of what we just couldn't seem to find in the world of children's apparel and gifts. As we searched for thoughtful and meaningful gifts for the babies and children in our own families, we found many messages but they often did not reflect our own values. We founded Wink Kids in 2015 with the mission of spreading messages consistent with our values of education and empowerment through gifts. Our Wink Bug exemplifies this purpose-- to promote what is truly most important in the lives of the little ones.
